What's the minimum order quantity for bed linen?
MOQ varies by product type and by which mill in our network is the right fit — a plain sheet set and a printed, custom-branded duvet cover don’t carry the same minimum. Share your target quantity and spec through our contact form and we’ll confirm what’s realistic for that specific order, typically within 24 hours.
What's the difference between percale and sateen, and can I choose either?
Percale is a plain, tight weave that produces a crisp, matte finish and tends to feel cooler against the skin, while sateen uses a looser weave that creates a smoother, slightly glossy surface with more drape. Both are available across our mill network in the 200–600 TC range — which one fits your order usually comes down to the market you’re selling into and the finish your customers expect.
Do you supply UK and US sizing, or only one standard?
Both. UK sizing (single, double, king, super king) and US sizing (twin, full, queen, king, California king) are available, and mills in our network are experienced producing to either standard. Let us know your target market when you send your requirement, and sizing is confirmed against that standard from the start.
Can bed linen be custom branded or private labeled?
Yes. Custom branding typically includes woven or printed labels, packaging inserts and full private label sets produced to your own specification rather than a stock design. Share your branding guidelines and target packaging when you submit your requirement, and we’ll confirm which mills can execute it alongside the base order.
How is bed linen quality checked before it ships?
Every order goes through the same three-stage process regardless of size: a fabric check before cutting, in-line checks during stitching and finishing, and a full AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection with a complete photo report shared before anything ships. Nothing leaves the mill without sign-off on that final report.
