Gallop Sourcing is a Lahore-based sourcing partner, not a marketplace or directory. We work exclusively with vetted Pakistani textile manufacturers on behalf of international buyers, managing everything from factory selection and sample approval to on-site quality inspection and export documentation. Instead of a buyer contacting factories directly and managing production, communication and inspection themselves, we handle the entire process end to end and report back at every stage.

MOQ isn’t fixed — it varies by product category and by which factory in our network is the right fit for the order. A towel order and a private label apparel order carry different minimums, and even within one category, MOQ can shift based on fabric, customization and finishing. Standard terms are a 30–50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), and for larger orders a Letter of Credit (LC) can also be arranged. Payment terms are confirmed in writing before production starts, so there’s no ambiguity about what’s owed and when.

Lead times depend on the product type and order quantity, but most orders take 30–45 days from sample approval and deposit payment to completion. Before production begins, we confirm a specific timeline in writing, and buyers receive weekly photo updates so the schedule stays visible throughout — not just at the start and end.

Sea freight typically takes 25–30 days to the UK and Europe, and around 35–40 days to more distant markets, depending on port and carrier schedules. Air freight is available for urgent orders or sample shipments and usually takes 5–7 days worldwide. We coordinate freight forwarding and all export documentation as part of every order.

Yes. We welcome buyers to visit Pakistan and see our manufacturing partners in person — it’s one of the most direct ways to build confidence before placing a larger order. We can help arrange factory tours, coordinate logistics and accommodation, and introduce you to the team working on your production.

Yes. Depending on the product and your market’s requirements, we can source from factories holding certifications including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, SEDEX/SMETA, WRAP, ISO 9001 and BSCI. Certification availability varies by factory and product category, so it’s worth telling us your specific compliance requirement upfront. Every order, regardless of size, goes through the same three-stage process: factory vetting and sample review before production starts, in-person visits and weekly photo updates during production, and a full AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection with a complete photo report before anything ships. Nothing leaves the factory without your sign-off on that final report.

Yes. We coordinate woven and printed labels, hangtags, branded packaging and full private label production, particularly for apparel and hospitality linen. Share your branding guidelines and specifications when you send your requirement, and we’ll confirm which factories in our network can execute them.

We work on a transparent, all-inclusive pricing model. The quote you receive covers the product cost, quality control and export documentation, so there are no hidden charges added later. If your order requires optional extras, like expedited shipping or additional certifications, those are quoted separately and confirmed upfront.

We work with buyers across the United Kingdom, European Union, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Canada, and take on requirements from other markets on a case-by-case basis. Each of these markets has different documentation, compliance and communication expectations, and we manage sourcing with those specifics in mind.
